This months theme is ‘Lighting: A Closer Look’. Here is my entry, of a wild columbine. Last spring my neighbors shared this plant with me. Karen collects Pennsylvania wild plants and for this one, the leaves look much similar to my other columbines.

Bleeding heart

These were planted in fall 2009. The white one bloomed last spring. This year they grew and are in bloom now under a pine in shade along with some columbines.
